A practical training programme for agency teams responsible for client success and growth.
This programme is tailored specifically for Account Teams that are looking to take their skills and career to the next level.
Each workshop is hands on, with breakout sessions to work on putting what you have learnt into practical application. You will be expected to come prepared for each workshop and will be given some optional (preferred) homework to complete by the end of the programme which will be reviewed and fed back by the trainers.
This ensures that you walk away with tangible outputs that you can implement straight away into your agency.
Numbers are limited to ensure plenty of opportunities to ask questions, and you will be paired with an accountability partner for each session. Each group will have a dedicated Slack channel providing opportunities to speak to fellow participants throughout the programme as well as having direct access to both trainers.
