Morning: Strategic Growth Planning & Relationship Building
Partnership Evolution – Move beyond delivery to truly become a trusted advisor. You’ll explore the vendor–partner–advisor spectrum and assess where you sit today with your clients through a live partnership spectrum activity.
Strategic Client Understanding – Learn how to gather and interpret client insights that go deeper than surface-level. Using our client research framework and archetypes, you’ll carry out a structured client deep dive to uncover hidden needs and opportunities.
Strategic Growth Planning – Build an actionable roadmap for growth. You’ll apply our account planning framework, carry out stakeholder mapping and SWOT analysis and use opportunity-spotting techniques to create a growth timeline for one of your own accounts.
Regular Strategic Touchpoints – Understand how to keep relationships on track. You’ll work with our frameworks for meaningful QBRs and ongoing strategic conversations that go beyond status updates.
Afternoon: Mastering Communication & Confident Selling
Understanding Communication Styles – Discover how to use DISC profiles to read client preferences and adapt your approach. Through a communication style assessment, you’ll identify how to flex your style to build influence and trust.
Effective Communication Techniques – Master the art of powerful conversations. You’ll practice active listening, explore open vs closed questioning, and learn how to uncover implicit as well as explicit client needs.
Objection Handling & Negotiation – Build confidence in difficult conversations. You’ll use the ACES framework and 4P Negotiation Model to practice handling real client objections and turn pushback into opportunities.
Confident Selling Approach – Learn how to identify and unlock growth opportunities. You’ll use the services matrix, cross-sell and upsell techniques, and lifecycle marketing strategies to spot ways to add value to existing accounts.

Do I need to prepare anything before attending?
Yes, we’ll ask you to bring one live client account to focus on. This ensures you leave with a practical plan to take back to your agency.
How is this different from the online programme?
The online programme is a six-week deep dive with additional workshops, homework and ongoing Slack support. The in-person workshop is an intensive one-day session focused on practical frameworks and immediate application.
Will there be follow-up support?
Yes – after the workshop, you’ll receive copies of all slides, frameworks and exercises, plus recommendations for how to continue embedding the learning into your daily client work.
